His combined expertise in design coordination and construction management enables him to guide residential projects seamlessly from initial documentation through final completion.

Thomas has extensive experience overseeing construction documentation, coordinating closely with engineers and consultants, navigating building permit procedures, and supervising on-site construction. His comprehensive understanding of both architectural design and construction execution ensures that each project is delivered with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.
